Subscription Plans: Quizbot.ai offers various subscription tiers with different features and usage limits. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees for your selected plan.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on your selected plan. You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically until you cancel your subscription.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months or unused time.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will apply to your next billing cycle after the notice period.
Free Trial: If you sign up for a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial without charge.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of our jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.
